Where we ship
We ship from Sweden to the whole of Europe and to most other countries. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the exact cost before you pay.
Shipping costs
- Within Europe: €31
- Rest of the world: €45
For delivery within the EU, the shipping cost includes 25% VAT. For delivery outside the EU, no VAT is charged, but import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may be added by the authorities or the carrier in your country. These are paid by you.
Delivery times
We normally dispatch your order no later than 3 working days after we receive it. Products in stock usually arrive within a few working days of dispatch, a little longer at peak times and holidays and for destinations outside Europe. If something is not in stock, we let you know the earliest delivery date.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with DHL. When your parcel leaves us, you get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee of 20% of the order value, with a minimum of €28. See our terms of purchase.
